Who I am

Hello and welcome!  I am a licensed naturopathic doctor in the state of Oregon and am currently practicing in Cincinnati, Ohio.

I grew up in Cincinnati then lived in Columbus, Ohio where I earned my undergraduate degree from the Ohio State University.  After working as a CT technologist for a time at Ohio State Medical Center and Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, I moved to Portland, Oregon to pursue a career in naturopathic medicine. My husband and I loved the pacific northwest and all its beauty.  We were married and had our first child during our time in Oregon, however family is important to us both.  We decided to move back to Ohio so our daughter would be closer to cousins, aunts, uncles and grandparents!

Through my own personal health struggles I found naturopathic medicine.  As my knowledge and understanding of naturopathic medicine has grown it has helped my overall wellness and quality of life. During my four years at the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) I focused on interweaving naturopathic medicine, medical nutrition and integrative medical research with my conventional background. This approach has provided me with the ability to aid people of varying medical complexity in their journey towards health.  I believe that every individual is unique and that naturopathic medicine provides the avenue for me to meet each individual where they are.  I'm excited by the opportunity to help others in their progression through life in order to bring them to the best version of themselves.

When not working as a doctor, you will find me enjoying every moment of being a mother and wife. I love to be out in nature (especially hiking and camping), cooking and having sing-a-long dance parties with my son and daughter.
